Privacy Policy
This page describes what information eFootball Hub / KonamiHub actually collects and how it is used, sourced directly from how the platform is built today - not a generic template. It is not legal advice and does not itself constitute regulatory certification; see the note at the end of this page.
1. Who operates this platform
eFootball Hub / KonamiHub is operated by JengaLedger Technologies, a registered Kenyan business name. eFootball Hub is an independent fan platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Konami. eFootball is a trademark of Konami Digital Entertainment.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details - name, email address, and phone number, provided when you reserve or order a listing.
- Order and reservation details - the listing, price, and status of any hold or order you create.
- Payment status - the payment provider's own reference and confirmation status for your order. We never see or store your card number, M-Pesa PIN, or bank/mobile-money account details - those are handled entirely by our payment provider, Pesapal.
- Buyer Protection consent records - if Buyer Protection is active for your order, a record of which policy documents you accepted and when, so you can review them later.
- Issue/dispute descriptions - if you report a problem with an order, the description you provide and the resulting review notes.
- Support messages - anything you send us via our support contact channel.
We do not require an account, password, or login to browse or order - access to your own order/reservation is by a private link/token, not a stored password.
3. How we use this information
- To create and track your reservation and order.
- To confirm your payment with our payment provider.
- To coordinate delivery of the account you ordered.
- To review and respond to issues, disputes, or refund requests you raise.
- To respond to support messages you send us.
4. Who we share information with
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the platform, and only share what each one needs to do its job:
- Pesapal (payment processing) - receives the payment details needed to process your order's payment. We never receive your card/mobile-money credentials from them.
- Resend (email delivery) - receives your email address and a verification code when we send you a verification email.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use any third-party advertising or analytics/tracking service on this platform.
5. What we don't collect
Our server logs record only the request method, path, status code, and response time for diagnostics - never your IP address, browser headers, cookies, or request contents. We do not store your IP address anywhere in our database.
6. Retention
We currently keep order, reservation, and consent records indefinitely as our own transaction history, and do not yet operate an automatic deletion schedule. If you want a specific record reviewed or removed, contact us (below) and we will consider the request.
7. Security
Access to order/reservation details is via a private, hashed access token rather than a stored password. Administrative access to the platform is separately authenticated. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted online.
