Buyer Protection (version 1.0)
KonamiHub Buyer Protection is an internal process for tracking an order from confirmed payment through delivery, buyer confirmation, and (if something goes wrong) issue reporting and administrative review. It is a record-keeping and review workflow - not escrow, not insurance, not a guarantee of reimbursement, and not bank-issued chargeback protection.
Protection applies only to orders enrolled at creation time and cannot be requested or applied retroactively. Payment is only tracked as confirmed once the payment provider's own server-to-server verification succeeds. KonamiHub never holds buyer funds at any point - payment goes directly to the payment provider.
If a seller does not start delivery within the configured window, the platform automatically opens a review case on your behalf. Once delivery is marked complete, you have a review window to confirm delivery or report a problem before the order is treated as complete.
Refund & Completion Disclosure (version 1.0)
A refund conclusion reached by an admin during review is recorded as "refund requested." Completing a refund today happens only through a deliberate, human admin attestation - never through automatic provider confirmation. The platform has no way to independently verify that a refund was actually processed by the payment provider or received by you; that remains the responsibility of the admin recording it and, ultimately, the provider/your own payment method.
The platform targets reviewing a refund request within 24-48 hours. This is an internal operational target only - never a legal guarantee, a provider SLA, or a bank/mobile-money settlement commitment.
Publisher-Risk Disclosure (version 1.0)
KonamiHub is not authorized by, approved by, or partnered with Konami. Current official Konami/eFootball terms of service prohibit conduct including selling, transferring, lending, trading, or providing another person access to an account or account credentials.
The account transaction facilitated by this platform involves conduct the publisher's own terms may prohibit. This creates real risk that the publisher could suspend, restrict, or otherwise act against the underlying account, entirely outside KonamiHub's control. Buyer Protection does not protect against this risk.
